Hello Myra, I agree that your Asenath was the daughter of James and Sarah Allison. She appears in the 1850 census of Dade County, Missouri, age 16. In 1968, I was in correspondence with John T. Harris of Rogers, Arkansas who gave me information on the Harris and Allison families, which is corroborated by the census record. Because it is not my line, I followed it no further than finding them in the census.
