Mary J., Information I have seen over the years makes me believe that James Allison who married Naomi Hardwick was the son of John and Ruth (Ralston) Allison. John was born 1759 in Rowan Co., NC., son of John and Elizabeth (Bowen) Allison. Ruth (Ralston) Allison was born in 1767. I have no more info on her. James Allison, above, was one of 3 sons and 7 daughters of John and Ruth. I have the names of 8 or 9 of those 10 children. If you're interested in that, write me.
