Dear Wally, An Allison descendant of this family is a participant in the Allison/Ellison DNA Project. The Allison/Ellison DNA Project Results website is http://freepages.family.rootsweb.com/~allisonellisondna/index.htm He is ID 19820 (Group C) on the DNA Results chart. If you click on his ID #, you will see his pedigree chart. You can also find a link to his e-mail address there. I'm sure he would be happy to share information with you. Sharing genealogical information and learning more about one's Allison/Ellison ancestry are two major goals of the Allison/Ellison DNA Project. We are always delighted when new participants join the project because participants often find long-lost cousins which results in greater sharing of genealogical information.
