    2. Judith Allison Walters
    3. Hello Myra, I agree that your Asenath was the daughter of James and Sarah Allison. She appears in the 1850 census of Dade County, Missouri, age 16. In 1968, I was in correspondence with John T. Harris of Rogers, Arkansas who gave me information on the Harris and Allison families, which is corroborated by the census record. Because it is not my line, I followed it no further than finding them in the census. If you'd like a copy of what I have, which is Mr. Harris' letter and the census record, you can send me an SASE and I'll send you copies. Judith Allison Walters, P. O. I have not been able to establish her parentage. Laurence Ellison (common varient of Allison) born in England immigrated with his family to America in 1630 and settled in Hempstead, LI. he died in 1664. It is possible that Richard and Judith were siblings and children of Laurence. Can anyone add to this information?
