Does anyone out there have any info that would lead me to the parents of Newton R. Brown who was born in Mississippi in 1846? Newton shows up in Limestone Co. in 1870 when he marries Elizabeth "Lizzie" Barnes and resides there until his death (which is in the 1920s, I believe). His son Matthew Spears "Mack" Brown was my grandfather. If anybody has any info about Newton or his family, I sure would appreciate it. Thanks, Mike Chapman [email protected]
