Al. His daughter, SALLY PIPES married her cousin WILLIAM PIPES on 31 Jan 1800 in Washington Co. KY. Phillip was Bondsman. Both Phillip and William were the sons of SYLVANIUS PIPES and unknown wife. I do not know who Phillip was married to, does your research tie him to the McGowin's through his marriage? I am descended from William & Sally's son James. Thank you for your consideration, Carol
