Easter Researching EASTER - VA,GA, AL, MS GORDON - MS, AL BALLARD - MS STANCER - IN, MO, KS >> Wayne, I do have some information on the EASTER / GRUBBS connection. I can tell you that Elizabeth connects to my Enoch GRUBBS line through marriage. I will have to "dig up" this information since it has been a while since I have addressed this particular connection. If I am not able to email you regarding this line later tonight, I will endeavor to do so as soon as possible. I homeschool my child and we are in the middle of testing (year round school) but I will get to this as soon as I can. If memory serves though, I believe Elizabeth / Betsy was Elizabeth BAKER and she married Enoch GRUBBS, III. Enoch GRUBBS, III (son of Enoch GRUBBS, II and Sarah Rhoda PARNELL & grandson of Enoch GRUBBS, I and Florid K. BURTON), died fairly young leaving a widow (Elizabeth BAKER GRUBBS) and two young daughters. I forget the circumstances of Elizabeth's migration to AL unless it was with her new husband, Mr. EASTER. I can't recall if they met in SC or AL. I also believe Mr. EASTER had a son by a previous marriage. One of Enoch GRUBBS and Elizabeth BAKER GRUBBS EASTER's daughters married this son. As I said, the details of this connection are sketchy. I will check my files and email you. I am excited to have heard from a connection to these lines and am looking forward to exchanging information with you. Thanks for responding.
