He had two wives and each had a son. Lucy Scott and son Mac C born 5/22/1871 and Martha Rogers and son William Arthur (my husband's grandfather) born 5/12/1881. They were both listed as born in GA on their death certificates. They both died in AR. Any help with William Bowen would be greatly appriceated
