OK. That's the couple I was thinking of. Your husband didn't ever hear of any OTHER Harvey Bolin, did he? My Harvey Bolin (b. 1874) (my great-grandfather) killed a man in 1900 at Lynchburg, and then was "never heard from again." My Harvey is very definitely NOT your husband's Harvey (there were 2 or 3 of them running around at about the same time, in the same general area), but wonder if your husband's grandpa ever had to deal with or contend with cases of mistaken identity, where folks thought he was my Harvey (the murderer)?
