Russell being the possble father of your James Russell. Well, I'm not sure about that but I think I have A John Garland Russell (B. 1810) that married an Eliza Jane McAllister in Madison County, AL, (1832) but died in Athens, Limestone County, AL. I don't have any descendants of his, but have one generation up plus his brothers trees.
