I am looking for any info. on Mary Ann Motes that married (?)McLain, They had 5 children, Thomas, George, Necy Jane, Henry and Martha. Thomas Jefferson married Mattie Pendergrass in Limestone Co. Al. Necy Jane McLain married Samuel A. Pendergrass in Limestone co. Al in 1870. My GGrandmother Necy Jane was born in Polk Co. Ga. in 1855. Necy's father (?) McLain was suppose to have died in the civil war of sickness. I have found census records of Mary Ann McLain from 1870/80 listed with her sons but not her husband.
