Hi everyone, I need some information about Limestone Co. from 1839 - 1843. Capt. Thomas PHILLIPS of Limestone Co. (1787 VA-1857 AL), my ancestor, lived in Elkmont, Limestone Co., AL when he died. His daughter by his first marriage, Lillian "Elizabeth" PHILLIPS, married my ggggrandfather Robert B. THOMSON in 1831 (can't find record of marriage). Robert B. and his new little family moved to New Madrid, St. Charles Co., MO either in 1838 or 1841. Robert died a year after he moved to MO. Since both of them had been long residents of Limestone Co., and Capt. Thomas Phillips still lived there, I was hoping to find some kind of obit, or probate records for Robert B. THOMSON. I don't know the name of Robert's parents. Robert may be somehow connected to Nathaniel TERRY of Limestone Co., AL, since he named his 2nd son Nathaniel Terry THOMSON. So any assistance would be deeply appreciated. Thanks, Donna
