My g-g-g-grandparents Elijah WILEY and Sarah MALONE were married on 11/04/1819 nears Athens in Limestone County, AL. Sarah was born in SC on 01/03/1795 and is believed to be the daughter of Cornelius MALONE. Elijah was born in Kentucky on 05/15/1791 (or 1792 or 1795 depending on the source you trust most). Any help would be appreciated in locating more information and documentation on this family line. I have lots on info on their descendants that I'm willing to share.

Does anyone know if the state of Alabama and Limestone in particular had school censuses from about 1893 to 1900. WE would also like to know if there is a source to check on a minister DAVID H TICKNER who was a minister of the Methodist church and where those records might be? One more question, does anyone know if there is a record of marriages for that same time period? That person we are looking for a record for would be OLIVE A. TICKNER, she was 22 in the 1885 census in Minnesota her mother was JANE C. MINER TICKNER. I would also appreciate a check on deaths for the above named OLIVE TICKNER between 1893 and 1900. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Paul Miner
Hi Tony, My maiden name is Bramlett. Ny Father was William (Bill) Lew (Lou) Bramlett. (deceased) I beleive my grandfather's name was Loucian. I'm not sure how the Wray name is connected, but I had an Uncle Ray Neal Bramlett,(deceased) and I named my son Billy Wray based on the fact that my family had said there was a "Wray" connection - and I always liked that name. Also I have a brother named Billy Ray Bramlett. I'm just starting the geneology search so I apologize I'm probably not much help. Write when you can. Carolee Email: romeo@internetcds.com

Is the Tom Clem 1855-1932 buried in New Garden Cemetery in Limestone County, Alabama the same Thomas Clem who married Mary Wales? Could someone give me directions to this cemetery? I live in Manchester, TN and would travel West to Giles County through Tullahoma, Lynchburg, and Fayetteville. I know that Elkton is along I-65 just before the Madison County, Alabama line. Is this cemetery anywhere near Elkton? I would like to get a Limestone County cemetery book. Is one in print? Also interested in census indexes 1820-1880. Thanks for all your help. Will Smith
