Charles Claus Allers was my grandfather. My father was Captain LeRoy Allers and the brother of Herman. Julius Allers was Herman and Minnie's son. His wife Paula gave me very important information that your father had researched before she passed away. I stay in touch with the South Haven family at least once a year.
