Hi June, Yes & No, there is a Mailing List AND a Message Board for Russell County Alabama, but Phenix City does not have a specific list. Those messages are included in the county list. Since parts of Phenix City are in both Russell & Lee counties (it may be that only the locals refer to a Phenix City in Lee Co), I suggest you post to both. It is far better to *over post* than to miss a connection.
