    3. From THE FLORENCE TIMES JOURNAL (Lauderdale Co, AL) Wednesday, November 12, 1873 STATE OF ALA., LAUDERDALE CO. Probate Court of said County OCTOBER 20th, 1873 In the matter of the estate of HUGH REYNOLDS, dec'd. This day came R. R. REYNOLDS, administrator of the estate of said decedent and filed his application in due form and under oath praying for an order of sale of certain lands described therein, and belonging to said estate for the purpose of making an equitable division among the heirs of said decedent. It is ordered that the 1st day of December, 1873, be appointed a day for hearing such application, at which time all persons interested can appear and contest the same if they think proper. It is further ordered that notice of the time and place of the hearing of said petition be given for three successive weeks in the FLORENCE TIMES-JOURNAL, to J. M. REYNOLDS, W. B. REYNOLDS, G. R. REYNOLDS, W. P. REYNOLDS, N. E. BAILEY, and the minor heirs of J. P. REYNOLDS, deceased, all of whom are heirs and distributees of said estate and are now non-residents of the State of Alabama. T. T.
