SPRINGER, the Guardian of NANCY A. BARTON, property and estate, and filed his statements, accounts, vouchers, and evidences for a final settlement of his Guardianship. It is ordered that the second Monday in September next, be appointed as a day on which to make said settlement at which time all persons interested, can appear and contest said settlement if the see proper.
