    2. Wayne & Peggy Horton
    3. From THE FLORENCE TIMES-JOURNAL (Lauderdale Co, AL) Wednesday, November 12, 1873 "CHANCERY COURT was duly convened by Judge WATKINS, Monday morning, the docket called, and such general and special orders taken as could be proposed. Final decrees were granted in two cases, W. J. T. STAPLER v. SUSAN STAPLER, S. S. IVES and J. H. PRICE v. A. J. RICE. Tuesday after the reading of the minutes, the cause of W. J. T. STAPLER vs. R. McFARLAND, admr., of B. E. BOURLAND, and others, came to a hearing, and was argued by Judge PICKET for comp. and Judge WOOD, for defendant. The Chancellor reserved his decision. "We are pleased to commend the dignity and propriety of Judge WATKINS in presiding as Chancellor; and the efficiency, promptness and faithfulness with which the Registor, COL. T. L. CHISHOLM, performs all his duties.
