From THE FLORENCE TIMES JOURNAL (Lauderdale Co, AL.) Wednesday, April 2, 1873 ANOTHER BRIDGE DOWN --- A storm last week, lifted the bridge over BLUEWATER from its pillows, and turned it bottom upwards over the creek. If the creek should rise the bridge will be washed away. Mr. MORRISON, the builder of the bridge, should be as prompt to repair it, and set it all right again, as he was with the SECOND CREEK bridge. In view of the unstable condition of the bridges in the county, we hope that all bridges hereafter, will be constructed of iron. The cost is but little if anything, in excess of that required in the construction of wooden bridges, and with a coat of paint, every year, they will serve three generations.
