    3. >From THE FLORENCE TIMES JOURNAL, January 15, 1862 THE STATE OF ALA., LAUDERDALE COUNTY Probate Court, January 6th, 1862 This day came JOHN Y. STAMPS, Guardian of JOSEPHINE WHITEHEAD, and filed his account and vouchers for a final settlement of his guardianship. It is ordered that the first day of February, 1862, be appointed a day on which to make said settlement, at which time all persons interested, can attend and contest said settlement if they think proper. SLAYDEN, and filed his accounts and vouchers for a final settlement of his guardianship.
