Anyone with interest in 3rd District, Lawrence Co., TN? We have just carried our book "On The Banks of Sugar Creek" to the publisher. Only a few are being printed at this time. The book is about the Appleton community, with pictures. The cemeteries we have read and copied and tried to find parents, spouses, obituaries or other articles we have found in the newspapers about the deceased are: Dobbins, Old Appleton, Owens, Hindsley, Freeman Cemetery, Griffin Cemetery, Gibbins Cemetery, Mt. Zion Cemetery, Fall River Cemetery, Job Garner Cemetery, Smith Cemetery near Fall River, Sexton Cemetery, and Richardson/Crabb Cemetery where Frank James is buried. We added an article about Frank James, some genealogy (Warren, McMasters, Dobbins, Appleton, and Hendrix), and pictures of school groups, school houses, churches, cemeteries and pictures of some people that lived on the banks of Sugar Creek.
