Does anyone out there know anything about a J.C (or G) COX that must have someone of wealth about 1850-1860? He keeps turning up in deeds with some of my QUILLEN and CLEMMONS ancestors. He would hold in trust livestock, etc for what I think are small amts of money-like one was $3.25 another $10.25, another $8.36. Well you get the point!! I'm working on an ancestral (direct descendant) scrapbook for my grandmother's 89th birthday while I'm off work on sick leave (had surgery), and need some info so I can complete a descriptive page about life for Charles D (I think Daniel) Quillen 1802-bet.1870-1880.
