He was in Montgomery, Al, with wife, Lula Bowles, in 1920. Lula was from Macon CO, daughter of Richard and Rebecca Bowles. My grandmother Bessie G. Lee, was born in Blocton AL, 1893. Since he was listed with Nancy A. Lee in the 1870 Census and then on the 1880 Census, under her name, I tend to think that she is his mother. She is listed as single, maybe she never married!
