2. Susan
3. My gr.grandfather was Pleasant Lee. I found Caswell Lee on the 1880 Lauderdale Census, with a grandson Plesant Lee age 13. He would be born about the same time as my Pleasant Lee, who married Lula Bowles around 1885. Lula was from Macon Co AL. So far I found nothing on my Lee anscestors. Is anyone familiar with Caswell Lee? Susan susan44@atlantic.net

1. [ALLAUDER] NW-AL New Most wanted web site
2. Sue Palmer~Elliott
3. Hi everyone, I have requested and received a new web site to accompany this list. It will be a Most Wanted site for our ancestors. http://www.rootsweb.com/~alnwmw/index.html I have it ready to load your information. I need for those of you who want your "Most Wanted" ancestors posted, please send the names and a brief paragraph about them, with dates of birth, places of birth and location as to where they lived...as much information as you can to help others to help you. If need be, I reserve the right to edit the queries if they are too long, leaving the important data, of course. Please include your email address and name in the query so I don't have to look it up. That gets time consuming. Please do not send this information to the list but to palliott@quik.com Remember, the more exposure our ancestor's names and information gets, the better chance we have of learning more about them. Thank you, Sue Palmer~Elliott NW-Alabama List Administrator

3. I don't understand the relevance of this message to anyone other than the sender and the list administrator. Also, I am enrolled in the Digest form of this list, but get single messages quite often. Is this because there is little activity, or is the "digest" concept not functioning as intended? 1. Re: [ALLAUDER] Martha Ann Hill Cooper
2. Joseph. I do not have a Martha Ann Hill but I have a world of hills in Lauderdale County. Look on my website and see if any would happen to match your other Hills. The Hills I have the most on are from Moore County NC to Lauderdale County in about 1830. However there was another group of Hills located at Greenhill in Lauderdale only about six miles from Atlas in Lauderdale County where the Hill Family Cemetery is Located. This group of Hills are from Henry Hill from South Carolina born in 1876. I think the two groups are related but can not make a connection for sure. At one time some of the genealogists had them connected but have seperated them at this time due to lack of proof. The sight is The Webb/Chancey/Hill/Eason Family Home Page Let me know if this helps. Jerry Webb, Lubbock, Texas
