NO!! That is not correct. This question was put to Mr. Bice in the Escambia COunty Heritage Project meetings and he told us that the submitter retained the copyright to their stories.THey can have their story published as many times as they like. Now the book itself cannot be published or reprinted by another company with out permission from the Heritage Project because of the copyright, but each submitter, retains the copyright to their story. If the rules are changing here, I will pull the stories I have submitted to four counties that have not gone into publication and withdraw my support of the project. Lygai D.
