Is anyone having a problem using the MrSID Plug-in to view the census images online on Ancestry.com since the downtime a few weeks ago of Rootsweb and Ancestry.com? Thanks, Peggy Horton

I have been having problems with the MrSid viewer also. When I would try to view the census records, it would tell me to download the plugin....which I already had. I called Ancestry.com tech help line. They asked which browser I used. When I replied Netscape, the man told me that Netscape wasn't compatible with MrSid....to use Internet Explorer. Since I have both browsers, I switched to Explorer and I had no problems with MrSid opening as it was supposed to.
