    3. The recent discussion about Martha Melinda Taylor Johnson, daughter of William Burton Taylor, caught my eye. My husband descends from John Burton Taylor as outlined below, through his daughter Frances Jane 'Fanny' Taylor South (m. Bascom G. South). I only have known that John Burton was the son of William Taylor and his wife, Eliza, and there were two other children: Elizabeth and George. Is my John Burton Taylor a brother to Martha Melinda Taylor Johnson?
