Furnace Hill cemetery is on Hwy 18 west on the edge of Vernon, possibly inside the city limits. Hightogy is a small community about 5 or 6 miles south of Vernon on Hwy 17. I don't know the name of the road but turn west on a gravel road in Hightogy to go to Mt. Zion. Try emailing the librarian or the genealogy society at the Vernon library for help with this. Several of the cemeteries have been indexed.
