Hello, It was great to see your Rogers listing, but sadly, I'm still not sure if one of the families listed are the right ones. The last solid name and date (1880 census) I have for the family I am seeking is Thomas J. Rogers b. August 1856, Alabama. His father was listed as J. Rogers and he was born in SC. Thomas J. Rogers married Susan E. ?? letsome, letson, lehoon, ledford??? ( I can't read the name on the marriage lines) in Birmingham, AL., Nov. 16th, 1876. Susan E. was born in Georgia March 1861. I would be delighted if any one recognized these names and dates and could help me. I need to have some dates, places, names, etc. before I can hope to trace these people into South Carolina and Georgia. I hope to hear from someone. thank you . Heather Rogers
