    3. LaVelda, Although I can't speak for those who work at the library there, but I would think if you have the name and date, they would be able to copy it. It wouldn't hurt to contact them and ask. From what I understand, they have an obituary file. I know the two libraries near me would do it from the newspaper microfilm with name and date.
