Bet. 1867 - 1868, Alabama. vi. ELLA BAILEY, b. Bet. 1869 - 1870, Alabama. vii. LINA BAILEY, b. 1872. viii. LULA BAILEY, b. 1874, Alabama. ix. FELIX BAILEY, b. 1878. The Bailey's were in Chambers County, AL and Talladega County, Al before they came to Jefferson County. In Chambers County, the wife of Foster Bailey is listed as Susannah.
