    3. Phoebe, I noticed RICHEY in you subject line. Are you connected to John Richey who married Nancy Payne, daughter of Moses Payne, 8 Aug 1820 in St. Clair Co., AL? I am told that they later moved to Blount Co., AL. In March 1855, a John (or James, as it was written both ways on the document) Richey was the administrator of the will of Moses Payne (not Nancy's father) in Blount Co.
