Thought I was responding back to the list, but since it went directly to Jean, wanted to make sure that this made it. I have also noticed something else... Walter died at 58 years of age, according to the obit, and died in 1950, (per AL. death index), that would have put his birth date at 1892-1893. In the obit it says he received his pharmacy degree from Howard College in 1910. He would have only been 18 years old. Does this sound right to y'all???? How many years did they have to attend regular public school? Does anyone know???? Before going to college? Can anyone help me on this?? Taking any and all suggestions. Kay R. Music Hi Jean, On my obit of Walter Lynch Furman, maybe I should have added that Willie and Walter were both on their second marriage. I am not sure of the date, but Willie's first husband, Fred Feibelman Heyman, died in 1941, so it was after that when Willie and Walter married, maybe 1942-1943?
