The LDS Family History Center in B'ham, off I-459, has a complete and permanent set of the microfilmed death certs from 1908 to 1959. Their hours are somewhat flexible so call before going. The usual days they are open are Wed. and Thurs, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The phone number is 205-967-7279. Cost is minimal, perhaps 15 cents per copy. Caroline
