It did have a dome and towers at the ends. Don't know if the dome had glass. Go to this website to see a picture of it and other old depots around the state: _http://www.homestead.com/stagmiesalrailpics/Depots_ (http://www.homestead.com/stagmiesalrailpics/Depots) . I go to Chattanooga a couple of times a year and the station there has a hotel, restaurants and shops. Really neat. Also in Indianapolis, Indiana, Union Station has been turned into a wonderful shopping area with alabaster statues of people of the 20's era (I think it's the 20's)...it's like their spirits lingered. A newboy selling papers, a couple on a bench.... Laura Laura ,it seemed it had a large dome in the top with colored glass but I may have it confused with another.Chattanooga turned their station into a restaurant or it was at one time. ************************************** See what's new at http://www.aol.com
