    3. There is always Amazon.com that can include out-of-print books. This one may still be in print. Abebooks.com is a huge array of booksellers here and in the U.K. Mounds of out-of-print and some in-print. I often get things at very low prices. Used books can be in very good condition. I have not looked, but the University of Alabama Press probably has a website, asked for thusly. Ask Google for Historic Alabama Map - can then ask by date periods, whole state, and by counties. The 1837 LaTourrette map is priceless, large, great detail, even some residences and factories. The residence of one g-g-g-g-grandfather is on the map. Hamlets show at various times and disappear, rtc. Enjoy!
