    3. I have sent 3 emails to [email protected] trying to unsubscribe, but still continue to get mail from this list. Nostalgia is good, but it is not appropriate when it is flooding other list members mailbox. I can tell my grandchildren about those places off list which would be a little more appropriate. I'll just go to my gmail account settings and place a spam filter there to stop mail from this list. Jim Nix wrote: >Forgive some of us oldsters as we indulge in a bit of nostalgia. 3. As a native Floridian who's grandmother was born and raised in B'ham from 1900 till we went and brought her here to help care for her in the 1980's, I have throughly enjoyed ALL the e-mail's, UNTIL this one came thru. Hopefully his solution worked. We only went out once or twice a year and I loved it each time. I would ask to sleep out on the glider on the 2nd floor screened in porch so I could see the light of the Vulcan. One of her brother's, Carey Gore was an artist who painted the movie posters at the Capital Theater. Does anyony remember it, and could you tell me about where it was located? Thanks, Kay Music --- James Roberts <[email protected]> wrote: > I have sent 3 emails to > [email protected] trying to > unsubscribe, but still continue to get mail from > this list. 3. you know what, go ahead, most of us live too far away from where we talk about and most of us are older than dirt and like to hear the stories of and about when the 'good times and places" since the world now seems to be in a mess - if we can't have our memories and what our fore families went or did, then we got nothing - if you don't know where you been, you will never know where you going!
