All of the people that the TV Station named was in the Phillips Family, I guess it is on the property of some Land that has not been any one on in a long time. A person told me about this that had seen it on one of our local TV Station's. The site of the Cemetery was close to the new Irondale Middle School Construction, and the TV said that they were going by the right procedures. And the Jefferson County would handle it. The TV did say that they were not able to find any of the Family, so I guess that is why the County is having to move it. Or take charge of it. This has been several days now, some one else might have stepped in and stopped it , I thought some one on the List might know of this Family and let them know, the dates was in the 1800's, the site would be close to the 459 Interstate. The new Middle School is suppose to be close the Shades Valley High School. I am not sure if I have help or not. Peggy
