I have a death certificate on an infant - name unknown, that died on Sept 6, 1912 - the parents are unknown, it was l yr. 1 month old - it was an African American child and died in Walker County, Al. - It has "B. Evans" where it is supposed to have 'birthplace of father" and appparently was buried at Carbon Hill. I ordered this, but it is not mine. delilah evans
