Who were the parents of William J. Speer born 1835 in Alabama and died in 1897 in Jefferson County, Alabama. He was married to Jennie who was born in 1845 in Georgia. They had children: Willie Lou, Carl W., Harper W., Maggie and Harry. In 1888 they lived at 1812 Avenue D and in 1889 they lived on 17th street between avenues H and I. Allen Bell Hall born 1859 (New Jersey??) married Willie Lou Speer who was born in 1862 in Georgia. They lived in Birmingham and in Ensley, Alabama and then back to Birmingham. Carl Speer "Jack" Hall was my husbands real father and I would love to have some information on him. He was born 1898 in Birmingham, Alabama. He was the son of Allen Bell Hall and Willie Lou Speer Hall. He was married 3 times and died in 1966. We would like to know if he had other children or any info about him would be great.We know that he was a salesman of some sort and at the time of his death he was living with his sister Loulee Livingston in Pinson, Alabama (suberb of Birmingham). I am looking for any information on the family of Almon James FORISTER b. ? died about 1924 and is buried at Bucksville Cemetery and May Ola SNIDER b. 24 DEC 1883 died 15 Nov. 1972. Their children were: Leroy Forister-died early in childhood and is buried in Coaling, Alabama. Cecil Vitural Forister b. 12 Mar. 1903, d. July 1987 in Bessemer, AL and is buried at Bucksville Cemetery. She married John "Johnny" ARANT Robert David Forister b. 23 Jan 1905 in Coaling, AL, d. March 1985 in Cottondale, AL Robert married Ruby Dell HALLMAN Viola Forister b. 15 Feb. 1906 d. 19 July 1998 in Pleasant Grove, AL. She married ? KENDRICK Fabian Forister b. 24 Feb. 1908 d. Sept. 1981 in McCalla, AL and is buried at Bucksville Cemetery. He married Louise ?. Estella Kiney Forister married Tom Hill. These Forister's lived in Caffee Junction near McCalla, Bessemer Co., AL. in the early 1900's I am finding it hard to locate them on any Census record. One sibling is still living but can't tell give me anymore information for she is up in age. If anyone has any information on any Forister's in or around Jefferson Co., AL please email me.
