June 16, 2001 The descendants of Joseph GRIDER/GUIDER/GRYDER & Ann Eliza TUCK GRIDER (married 1846 Blount County, Tennessee) will have their first combined reunion in Blount County, Tennessee. More information to come later. One of their sons Francis Marion GRIDER who married Martha Louisa GOLD lived in Jackson County. There is still many family members in that area. There is only one child of Frank & Martha GRIDER still living and she is Dorothy GRIDER/BRANDON/TALLEY. She is in the nursing home behind the Jackson county Hospital in Scottsboro. I need family members to contact me with their family update. I made a booklet two years ago for the Frank & Martha GRIDER reunion/ birthday party for Dorothy Talley.
