I'm looking for information on a Tom Jones. We thought originally that it was James Jones, but after seeing a copy of my ggrandmothers application for social security, it says Tom as her father. Her mother was an indian named Martha. Supposedly Tom killed Martha and left her in a cabin. They had a little girl named Redy. She was left at a mining camp. This was probably around 1900 give or take a couple of years. Were there mining camps in this area then? I would be glad to get any little bit of information. Thanks, Debra Westervelt
