Dear List, Can somebody please tell me how I can beg, borrow, or buy an 1830 era plat map of Jackson County? I am trying to pinpoint location of May 10,1831 land patent for my ancestor, John Johnson. Also there is May 10, 1831 land patent for Sampson Haws. These men had children that married each other. Any connections out there? Thank you, Judy Johnson Erickson
