Is there anyone out there with knowledge of John Jake Smith and wife Nancy Mulhkey Smith of Jackson Co. Parents of Elizabeth, Mary ,Sallie,and Feraby. Probably migrated to Al fromKy. Nancy Mulhkey Smith removed from Al. on Trail of Tears. Dropped off in Crawford Co. Ark.. Believe her father to be Joe Mulhkey who died in Crawford Co, in 1843. Nancy is said to have been full blood Cherokee and her husband John Smith to have been half. Sure would like to know more about these folks. Thanks for your time. Gay Fuller
