Simon is g- gr. dad...Patrick is g- g - grand dad. Patrick arrived in Charleston, SC in 1836, accompanied by five sibblings: Thomas, Garret, Ellen, Mary and Elizabeth. Many of his children were named after his sibblings. Patrick married Martha Henson in Tunnel Hill, GA, 1842. The last of Patrick and Martha Henson Daly's 13 children with marital information was: Martha Daly, married a widower, Mason Thomas. His children were Arch and Della. Della died, Arch married William & Carolyn Daly Burroughs' daughter, Anna. Mason and Mattie (Martha) children were Mag/m. Mr. Kroger; Joe Pat, had a daughter who lived in Memphis; Kate,m. John Troxwell; Mike, known to have had a son; and Mattie, m. Jake Thomas, had children named Mildred and Hazel Simon (yes, Simon, for sure) m. Mary Valentine Phillips in Carroll Co.TN. Patrick Edward m. 1) Margaret Adarthie Loving, 2) Martha Gray Daly children without further information are: Ellen, James, Willie, and Charles Garrett.
