Dr. J. H. Sentell practiced medicine in Paint Rock, Jackson Co., Alabama. After his death, a lady was hired to clean out his house. She saved from the trash and gave to another Dr. Sentell's Records of Death for the years 1925 -1932 and Records of Birth for the years 1925 -1928. These are the doctor's records from which certificates were filed. I have been given permission by the present owner to make these records available. Many of these documents have been wet and are difficult to read where ink has bled from one page to the next.
