I have been searching for Benjamin Franks my Uncle and where he may have been buried. Born in 1785 per 1850 Jackson Co. Al. census. He lived in Paint Rock, Al. He was a Representative in the State Legislature for the years 1843-44 and 1849-50. He moved to Old Salem in Franklin Co, Tn and died in 1855. Married Elizabeth Vaught in 1807 in Blount Co. Tn. I have checked most cemeteries in Tennessee and Alabama and have come up with a brick wall. Any help on this would be appreciated. Ben R. Franks
