I am trying to help Patrick as much as I can using the internet. In 1880 Leroy H. Barlow was living in household with his father Anderson A. Barlow in Pike County, Alabama. In 1900 Leroy H. (L. H.) Barlow can be found on the 1900 Pike County Census, Dixon, with his family to include William C. Barlow, age 11. I've been unable to find them in 1910. I do know they were in Houston later on. Found newspaper articles on W. C. Barlow at Ancestry.com. One interesting note on him referred to Catalow Barlow. In 1920 Leroy H. Barlow, wife and daughter are living in Houston County. In 1918 W. C. Barlow married Effie Palmer. I do not find an Effie Barlow on the 1920 census and no record of her having remarried in Houston County. Both Leroy H. Barlow and his wife Russia Bryan Barlow are buried in the Dothan City Cemetery. Hopefully with this info, someone else may be able to assist him. I will also keep trying. Surely, there was an article in the Dothan Eagle about his death. If his mother went to France as a Gold Star Mother may have been an article in the Dothan Eagle.
