Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/ZS.2ADI/458.1 Message Board Post: There is a marriage in Houston County, Alabama for a James B. Ramsey to Elsie Davis on March 30, 1930. I don't know if it ia a misprint or what, but in the same book i found J.L. Davie married to Elsie Tindell on June 27, 1920. So her maiden name must have been Tindell she married a Davie not Davis then Ramsey.

He is shown with her and her children (incorrectly named and spelled on some of her children) in the 1930 South Alabama Census. Showing location as Center Schoolhouse. Can not find a cemetery with him listed. They couldn't have been married long. Most of the family didn't even know of this marriage. Can anyone tell me where Center Schoolhouse is actually located?
