I am researching for a Bowen Family known to have been in the Abbeville area, Early County area in Georgia, Russell County in Alabama, and in Henry County, Alabama as well. He married a Mary L. Hays in Carroll County, Georgia in June of 1853. They later moved into Alabama for awhile and had several children there also. Andrew had a previous wife-name unknown, but they had two children by the names of James White Bowen born in 1846 and Lucinda Bowen born in 1848. Both of these children were born in Alabama.
